Has cabin fever set in for you? Are you tired of looking at a computer, your phone, or your tv for the entire day? Do you miss being able to hear yourself think? This September is the perfect time to take a break from digital distractions. With this Walk and Reflect toolkit, we will provide for you a few simple resources that you may be able to use while taking a walk outside. These resources include: -a small notepad -a pen/pencil-a series of prompts to use while you walk-a keychain -a light snack (crackers* included)We hope that with these resources and prompts you might be inspired to pay attention to all that nature has to offer. Feel free to follow one of the guided prompts provided in our bag, or to free write/sketch what excites you most. Ideally, this event will be a welcome and thought provoking change to your walking routine, or perhaps this will be just the nudge you needed to take a break from long hours of screen time. Please register for only ONE kit per person. This is to give as many patrons as possible the opportunity to participate.
