Come share your thoughts, make new friends, and discover the joy of reading together.Beginning on Friday, August 29th, registrants can come to the library to pick up their copy of Island of Blue Dolphins by Scott O’Dell. The book discussion will be on Thursday, September 25th at 3:30pm. Readers that participated in the The Scarlet Pimpernel discussion will receive priority registration and will receive a copy of the book at the discussion.”Island of the Blue Dolphins” tells the story of Karana, a young Native American girl who is left alone on a remote island after her tribe leaves for the mainland.
