Police Records: Senate Bill 1953 requires law enforcement agencies to obtain complete employment records before hiring officers, including background investigations and performance records from previous employers.

Fire District Design-Build: Senate Bill 1827 authorizes fire protection districts to use design-build contracting methods, streamlining construction processes while maintaining competitive requirements.
