Supervisor Nick George presented Tax Ordinance 1117-25 for the Township to the board. Trustee Dave Smith made the motion to approve the ordinance, seconded by Trustee Thomas Kennedy. A roll call vote was taken, with Supervisor George and Trustees Hillary Kurzawa, Jessica Kot, Kennedy, and Smith all voting “aye.”
Following the township vote, Highway Commissioner Bill Carlson read the Highway Tax Levy (Ordinance 111725) to the board. The measure received a motion for approval from Trustee Kot and a second from Trustee Kurzawa. The highway levy also passed with a unanimous vote of all members present.
In addition to the tax ordinances, the board voted unanimously to approve the bill list as presented by Trustee Kurzawa.
