The motion to approve, made by Trustee Jessica Kot and seconded by Trustee Dave Smith, passed on a 4-0 roll call vote with one abstention. Trustees Smith, Kot, and Thomas Kennedy, along with Supervisor George, voted in favor. Trustee Hillary Kurzawa abstained.
The board then moved to approve the Highway Budget Appropriation Ordinance #060925. Supervisor George asked if there were any questions or need for discussion on the highway budget, and there were none. A motion by Trustee Kennedy, seconded by Trustee Kurzawa, to approve the highway budget passed with unanimous support. A roll call vote confirmed that all four trustees and Supervisor George voted aye.
